About Us
For over 175 years, there has been a Lutheran community of faith in The Village of Union Deposit, Hershey, Pennsylvania. In 1847, a group of Lutheran and Reformed worshipers laid the cornerstone for the church building. The original church structure, which still stands, was made of brick with two doors in the front of the church. Through the years, adjustments have been made and additions built.
Our question is always, "What is God's call to us now?" Though we do not know what the future holds; we know that God has a vision which is discerned through prayer and study of the Scriptures. We know that God is the one who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist (Romans 4:17, NRSV). This remains true throughout the ages.
